Self Select Seat
art-mate support all kinds of discount model: package discount, session programme, festival, bulk discount, early bird, etc.
art-mate will send e-ticket with ticket buying ID automatically, and send reminder before performance to minimize your ticketing workload
Online payment cost is low, art group can choose either absorb the cost or bear by audience

Step 1：Art Group provides performance information, including sessions and quota of each session

Step 2：Audience buy tickets online via art-mate (using Credit Card), art-mate will send out e-tickets with ticketing buying ID

Step 3：Art Group can login art-mate to check real time ticket selling report

Step 4：3 days before performance, art-mate will send reminder email to audiences

Step 5：During performance day, audiences present e-tickets at frontdesk

Step 6：art-mate will return ticket fees back from time to time.

art-mate would like to create partnership relationship with art organizations/ groups, and is adopting membership structure.
Performance Ticketing Page and Event Registration Page set up fee:
~ $1000 (Annual): enjoy unlimited use of ticketing and registration platform services
~ $600 (per event): Per event set up fee
For every performance ticket sold, art-mate will collect 1% administration fee.
For event registration, art-mate will collect 3% of registration fee for each registration item as administration fee. Min. fee $1, free event $1.
Payment Fee:
- PayMe: 1.5%
- Credit card fee: 3.9%+HK$2.35 per each transaction. (*4.4% for overseas credit card buying)
