Remembering the forgotten in a memory-filled swimming pool…
With our irreversible past, we relate to each other. Our memories and regrets may be fading and ever-changing, yet trapped in the past and the present moment.
Inspired by the unique structure and setting of a public swimming pool, contemporary dance choreographer Cyrus Hui creates a visually stunning environmental dance piece about re-constructing memories. Six dancers will perform in various locations: swimming pool lobby, changing rooms, corridor, poolside and in the water, in an attempt to take on a new meaning of this public space. An aqua challenging dance work not to be missed!
