Xu Zhimo was a famous modern romantic poet of 20th century，a leader of the modern poetry movement. He was one of the first Chinese writers to successfully introduce Western romantic form into the modern Chinese poetry, and his poetry is a treasure of the world literature. To commemorate the 85th anniversary of the romantic genius passed away , Aggressive Art Company Limited deliberately introduced the Drama“Fortuitousness - XU Zhimo” as the first shot of “Chinese writer drama series”.

Xu Zhimo believed in free and simple love, against old China feudalism lead to his legendary life. He challenged the arranged marriage tradition by being the first divorced (of western style) man in China. The story reveals his brief life by combining his writings, values, and his various famous love affairs with Zhang You-yi, Lin Hui-yin, and Lu Xiao-man.

The drama is written, directed, produced and acted by Hong Kong famous Star Steven Ma Chun-Wai, and main casts including Joey Meng Yee-Man, Mimi Lo Man-Chong, Rensen Chan Man-Kong, Wong Ka Wai.
