Joyce Cheung

Joyce Cheung, a prominent figure in Hong Kong's dynamic music scene, is a jazz pianist, performer, arranger, and composer. Graduating with first honours in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music in 2014, she further refined her skills, obtaining a Master’s degree in Contemporary Performance in 2017.

As a seasoned jazz veteran, Cheung is renowned for her captivating performances. In 2022, she led the 11-piece band, Joyce Cheung & the Latin Experience!, showcasing Latin arrangements of popular tunes. The following year, she demonstrated her piano prowess alongside British Soul Jazz vocalist Poppy Ajudha at Tokyo Blue Note. Joyce's global impact extends through the release of instrumental albums, Set Loose ( 2020 ) and Jazzical Collection ( 2022 ), highlighting her diverse musical talents. In addition to her international endeavors, she frequently collaborates with Hong Kong pop singers, solidifying her influence in both jazz and popular music.
