Art@YS 2019 New Youth Art Power – Sensing our inner souls
Art@YS, annual initiative amid art season devised by Youth Square, launches with an aim to open the door gate of arts to youths, to inspire and to lift up their sense of appreciation to different art forms. It is our belief that arts, with its exquisite fluidity, avails aesthetic reflection upon how we perceive ourselves while intercorrelating with others.

Youth Square’s new venture, Art@YS 2019 will be presenting four feature programmes, including Cantonese Opera Theatre The White Bone Demon, Golden Concerto Symphony Concert, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Community Project Grant: stART Up Community Arts Project 2019 – Theatrical performance: Take a Stand, and its exhibition. The performances, exhibition, and educational programmes, all curated from youths’ perspectives, seek to redefine Cantonese opera, orchestral works and modern theatrical play. The way youth talents express themselves in the language of art will ignite reflection upon themselves and their surroundings. The extravaganza unravels the path to a fascinating and enchanting new art power that will definitely connect both youth arts enthusiasts and the wider public.
