Two young filmmakers shoot their documentary debut at a tiny and old studio apartment in Tung Chau Street - the poorest area in Hong Kong - where numerous conflicts arise among the three refugees residing in the narrow and difficult space. Going through setbacks and predicament, the two reflect on “the reality of documentaries”.

We are going to follow the footprints of old neighbours to look into the funeral industry, which was once flourishing at the time, in multiple perspectives.

The Life and Times of Ho Chung Village collects old photos of many families from Ho Chung Village. It is a journey of time, of change, and of memories.
