Thank You For The Music (Annual Concert)Hong Kong Welsh Male Voice Choir

Taking its cue from the popular Abba song, Thank You For The Music is a celebration of the joy and fun of making music – in particular the rich and distinctive brand of Cambrian male harmony kept alive in Asia by the Hong Kong Welsh Male Voice Choir. And they have plenty to celebrate, as this is their 40th Anniversary year and they have recently marked it by performing at the world-famous Llangollen International Eisteddfod in Wales. While still preserving many of the great Welsh traditions, the choir are nowadays very multicultural in make-up and style; for this performance their repertoire will span composers from Mozart to Pharrell Williams and languages from English and Welsh to French, Latin and Chinese. They will be joined by guests from Grace Notes and the Hong Kong Gifted Education & Talent Development Association.
