HART Curatorship Incubation Programme (CIP) 2021 is HART’s first training programme in curatorship. Designed and driven together by 4 experienced female curators - Hilda Chan, Qu Chang, Alexandra Choa Tan, Jianru Wu, the programme aims at realising sustainable development and relationships for members of HART community as well as Hong Kong arts sector through professional knowledge sharing and exchange on curatorship.

Project
Under instructors’ guidance, participants will need to submit one final project by the end of the programme in one of the following formats:
a mini showcase at HART Haus (Individual or group curated projects)
a proposal (for publication or exhibition)
a research paper
any creative format they feel comfortable in presenting

Entry Requirements
To ensure effective exchange between instructors and participants, maximum intake for this programme is 20. If the number of applications exceeds the maximum intake, there will be an internal selection and participants with following qualities would be preferred:
demonstrate keen interest in arts and culture
experienced in the art industry as a plus
plan to join or further develop in the arts and cultural field after this programme
curious, creative, open-minded
proactive in driving dialogues
