Technology has the potential to shape this world to suit human needs better while sacrificing the lives of other species, maybe even our spiritual wellness, unknowingly. In an undefined era, a painter stares into the abyss. Social media defines the way of living, and artificial intelligence may one day replace human intelligence. Tick, tick, tick, time is running fast. How can we build our life back, line by line, stroke by stroke? People claim that the difference between Human and AI art is the weight of the soul. Yet 21 grams mean nothing compared to 2.1 mil likes in times like this.

Chung Ying Theatre Company again joins the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts to present a Director Graduate Production Thesis Project. The co-operation allows the new director to focus on artistic creation with the professional support provided. The Damn Technology is a train of thought of Director Law Man Ray on how to accept technology nowadays.
