In late September, we kickstart with a series of preheat programmes to welcome coffee newcomers and lovers alike. Begin by exploring the fundamentals of coffee-ware, latte art and coffee brewing, then immerse in the lively atmosphere of the 2023 Aeropress Coffee Championship. From amateur to professional, open your gateway to a deeper relationship with coffee!
PMQ Coffee Agenda takes center stage in mid-October, featuring world-class champions, award-winning baristas and local experts to explore coffee’s endless possibilities. Engage in exclusive experiences like coffee pairings, tastings and industry networking. Discover the latest industry trends and savour the unique artisanal coffee culture of Hong Kong.
Simultaneously, the Hong Kong Barista Championship 2023 will be held for emerging coffee talents and seasoned veterans to compete and strive for excellence, to realise their dreams and continue exceeding limits on stage.

Ply Pasarj, 5th place in the 2021 World Brewers Cup, will be offering a masterclass on pour-over coffee and give real-life feedback to coffee enthusiasts.

Boram Um, the newly crowned 2023 World Barista Champion, is back to share cutting-edge trends, latest competition and farming experiences, and brewed coffee from Brazil.

Zero Chan, founder of local coffee brand Number 9 Coffee, share the charms of AeroPress and demonstrate unique extraction techniques.

Accro Coffee is home to Hong Kong and world champions. Its founder Tsuyoshi Mok and Chloe Lai, 2023 Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, share coaching tips and competition stories.
