Voices that are moved by heart and emotions resonate endlessly. Starting from scales, we echo our desires in life through singing. Under the direction of Taiwanese conductor Shanglun Wu, CU Chorus will perform his meticulous selection of choral pieces at With a Song in My Heart Concert, embarking on a journey from the origin of Western music: scales. Through a series of Renaissance and contemporary a cappella pieces connected through Bach's piano works, we invite audience to join us in searching for the hopes in life. Resonances are always there, just because we have a song in our heart, just because we are not forgetting.
