With a deep love for the arts, Carmen is an accomplished dancer with Edge 'N Pointe Dance Company, where she has collaborated with esteemed ballet figures such as Verna Fajilan-Brazil and renowned choreographers including Rye Bautista, Ernest Sarino Mandap, Michael Divinagracia, Georgette Sanchez-Vargas, Jethro Pioquinto, and Mark Ryan Torrente.

She began her career at WKCDA and event agencies, contributing to some of Hong Kong's most high-profile events, including the HK e-Prix, SummerFest @ Central Harbourfront, Tai Kwun – In Bloom, and the Landmark Christmas Installation. Carmen now serves as Assistant Performing Arts Manager at the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation (HKYAF), where she has produced musicals such as Lindsey McAlister's Likes and Lies, Gen Last, and Mou Man Tai. She has also led large-scale outdoor art events like Fiesta de Ballet and theatrical productions including Roots and Wings with Edge 'N Pointe Dance Company.

In addition to her work as a performer and producer, Carmen is a dedicated dance educator. She is an ABT Certified Teacher, having successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 5 of the ABT National Training Curriculum in New York City.
