Established in 1997, The Animations and Comics Association, The University of Hong Kong, is dedicated to the promotion of Japanese animation and its adjacent culture in the campus of The University. First started in 2010, ShimotsukiCon is a cultural festival organised by the Society as a hub for our members and the public to celebrate the doujin culture of anime, comics and games! We offer a diverse platform for the artists of Hong Kong to share and participate in a longstanding culture rooted in the shared love of Japanese animation!
