【Course】Contemporary Dance Regular Course 2025-26 Season 1Passoverdance

This course is specifically designed to enhance participants' dance skills and develop their physical capabilities, aiming to help students comprehensively improve their dance levels.

Under the guidance of professional instructors, students will learn the core techniques of contemporary dance and, through systematic training, enhance their flexibility, strength, and control.

Course Regulation

1. Students must attend classes on time and on time according to the class schedule. Any class changes will be notified by email or WhatsApp three hours prior to class.

2. Students should wear dance attire or casual sportswear. Street shoes are not permitted in the studio.

3. To maintain personal hygiene, students are advised to change into a sweatshirt and clean socks before class.

4. If no student arrives within fifteen minutes of the class starting, the class will be cancelled.

5. Tuition and enrollment are non-transferable. Only successfully registered students can attend the class.

6. Our staff may request proof of identity for student eligibility verification. Failure to provide proof of identity may result in the student being refused admission.

7. Our staff reserves the right to cancel classes and refund all fees paid (platform handling fees are not refundable, please note).

8. Students assume their own risk and make their own judgment based on their ability to attend. Pregnant women are not suitable for classes; the group assumes no responsibility for any personal risks associated with classes. Participants are advised to purchase insurance if necessary.

9. The group reserves the right to film or record participants' classes for future promotional and record purposes.

10. The information provided by participants will be used for email communications and promotional materials for the "New Covenant Dance" program. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, participants have the right to access and correct their personal data. If you wish to access, review, or correct any personal data, please contact the group.


Make-up Class Arrangement

1. Please let us know by e-mail at least one day in advance, and we will notify the tutor and schedule the make-up class accordingly. Students who have missed the class without proper notice will not have make-up class arrangements. The company reserves the right to the final decision.

2. If the number of attendees for the selected class is full on the day, no make-up classes will be arranged. Please select another date or class.

3.P3-A & P2-F do not accept make-up lessons from other classes.

4.We cannot reschedule a missed or pre-arranged make-up class.

5.A maximum of 2 make-ups could take place each season, regardless of the reason for them.
Make-up classes must be taken during the season, and not allowed to be taken in the next season regardless of the reason for the make-up.



Typhoons and Rainstorms

1. Classes that have not started
If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or issues Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning Signal, all classes will be held as usual.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted three hours before the start of the course, or such signal is still hoisted, the course will be cancelled.

2. Classes that have started

When Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, classes will continue.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, the course will be terminated immediately.
3. The company may decide whether or not to continue classes depending upon the actual situation.

4. Reference is made only to the abovementioned arrangement. In all cases, students must consider weather conditions and transport arrangements in determining whether or not to attend the class. No make-up class or refund will be arranged for the absentee for these cases.

5.No make-up class or refund will be arranged for classes cancelled due to adverse weather.
