The lotus root, mild in nature and sweet in taste,
is a seasonal treasure that soothes the spleen, calms the mind, and revitalizes the spirit.

Ting Tan Mei invites you to a mindful autumn experience centered on the Beginning of Autumn and lotus root—
a journey to clarity and inner nourishment.

In this session, we will:
• Provide an introduction to mindfulness meditation
• Guide you through a seated meditation.
• Guide you through a body scan meditation
• A mindful eating practice.
• Conclude with a mindful healing song practice.
