【Quarryside Thematic Cultural Tour】Properties Viewing Tour - The Space Created【Quarryside Community Festival 2025】Quarryside, St.James' Settlement

Experience an unusual property visit! Join this guided tour to explore the buildings in Quarry Bay from multiple perspectives. Participants will learn about the lifestyles of different periods of time through architecture and spatial design, which reflect the footprints of urban development. We will also examine the community's evolving needs for public spaces and explore the social functions of local architecture, expanding our imagination of community spaces.

Tour Language: Cantonese

Registration Remarks:
·Participants must be aged 6 or above. Participants aged 12 or below must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
· The tour will be conducted in Cantonese.
·A deposit of HK$50 per participant is required upon registration. The deposit will be refunded after attending the event via the ticketing platform.
·If a registered participant fails to attend the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
·Participants arriving late for 15 minutes or more on the event day will be considered absent. Their spot will be allocated to walk-in registrants, and the deposit will not be refunded.
·Participants should bring sufficient drinking water.
·Participants should evaluate and determine whether their physical conditional is suitable for joining this activity.
·Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event start time for registration.
·The organiser will take photos and videos during the event for recording, reporting, promotion and publicity purposes without prior notification to participants. The photos and videos taken will be used for the above-mentioned purposes without prior notification to participants.

Quarryside Cultural Ambassadors have participated in the training programme co-organised by Quarryside and Kaifong Tour. In the training, they have learnt skills for leading guided tours and conducted field trips to develop different thematic cultural tour routes. The ambassadors have led various community members to explore the district through the tours, discovering community stories and learning the history and culture of Quarry Bay.
