A seat will only be confirmed once payment is completed. Please follow the steps below carefully:
1. Payment:
Successful registrants may begin making a payment on 20 November 2025 (12:00 HKT).
2. Select and Pay:
Please enter the same email address and HKU Portal ID used during registration. Then, select your seat and complete the HK$20 administrative fee payment.
3. Payment Deadline:
Payment must be completed by 23 November 2025 (23:59 HKT). Unpaid registrations will be forfeited and offered to those on the waiting list.
IMPORTANT DETAILS:
A) Each valid HKU ID may purchase one ticket only.
B) Attendees MUST present their HKU Staff/Student CARD on 4 December for entry verification.
C) Attendance at this event grants permission for the presenter to use photos or videos for promotional and educational purposes.
D) The presenter reserves the right to make final decisions on ticketing and admission, including the right to deny entry.
