陳盈之

畢業於香港演藝學院，舞台及製作藝術學院，主修舞台及項目管理。在校期間，曾參與《信心危機》、《人體雕塑》、《規劃香港》、《Academy Dance Production: Summer Performances》、《Interstage 2023：Lil' Ashes《Stopover w/ Lil' Piece of Me》、香港迪士尼樂園製作《Stella Lou's Wonderful Wishes Ballet》及《Follow Your Dreams》。

畢業後，曾參與香港芭蕾舞團《梁山伯與祝英台》、《Alice : In the Wonderland》 以及一條褲製作的《規劃香港》 (再規劃版)。

現為自由舞台工作者。
