Erica started singing in various school choirs when she was six. While pursuing her degrees in the United States, she co-founded and co-directed Museko (a 20-voice choir), sang with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Concert Choir, and participated in the University Opera production of Hansel and Gretel. She was also a professional chorister at the Choir of St. Ignatius of Antioch Church in New York City, and performed with the Renaissance Street Singers and the Choral Composer-Conductor Collective (C4).
Erica is the current conductor of the St. Paul's Co-educational College Alumni Children's Choir. She also sings with the St. Paul's Co-educational College Alumni Choir and Hong Kong Philharmonic Chorus.
Erica studied voice with Ho-Do Yung, Bruce Gladstone, Kristine Kalina, Katusha Tsui-Fraser and Dong-Jian Gong. She also studied choral conducting with Bruce Gladstone.
