Carwan Gallery is an international contemporary design gallery focused on collectible design and cross-cultural collaboration, with an emphasis on functional art, craftsmanship, and material research.
Founded in Beirut in 2011, the gallery developed a distinctive program connecting designers with the material cultures of the Middle East, later expanding across the Mediterranean, Europe, and Asia.
Following nearly a decade in Beirut and five years in Athens, Carwan has established a singular curatorial approach, producing works that move between design and art with a strong emphasis on narrative, materiality, and form.
Now under the exclusive direction and ownership of Quentin Moyse, architect and creative entrepreneur, the gallery continues to evolve its program within an international network of collectors and institutions.
In Fall 2026, Carwan will open a new space in Hong Kong, marking the next phase of its development within a global cultural and commercial context.
Carwan Gallery is defined by a precise curatorial vision: to produce and present distinctive works with lasting cultural and material relevance.
