(1) Online Application: Each applicant may only register for one per class at a time.
(2) Limited quotas, first-come-first-served.
(3) Before or after the courses commence, students are unable to attend class for medical or special personal reasons, students must notify the Company as soon as possible and submit a valid medical certificate. For special personal reasons, students must submit a company letter with letterhead or the certification document from the relevant organisation. Refund 80% of the tuition fees of the remaining courses by written application. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject the applicant's refund application. Fees paid and the related studentship may not be transferred from one person to another and may not be transferred for other purposes.
(4) Transfer to another course is permitted if the enrolled course is full or cancelled. In any other event, transfer to another course can only be made subject to the approval of HKDC and paying an administrative charge of HK$100. The application must be made not later than the 2nd session of the enrolled course. Late application will not be considered.
(5) Unsuccessful applications in the event of a course being cancelled or full, you will be notified and course fees will be refunded in full.
(6) Applicants are advised to check the dance course schedules before registering. There will be no classes on public holidays. The affected classes will be postponed to the following week.
(7) If typhoon signal No. 8 or above is in force by or after 7:00am, all morning classes will be cancelled; if typhoon signal No. 8 or above is in force by or after 10:00am, all afternoon classes will be cancelled; if typhoon signal No. 8 or above is in force by or after 4:00pm, all evening classes will be postponed until further notice.
(8) If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the class, class schedules will be adjusted depending on the actual situation. Please refer to our course chat group for the latest announcements. If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the class, the class will continue. For safety reasons, students are strongly advised to stay in a safe place indoors until the warning signal is cancelled.
(9) Hong Kong Dance Company reserves the right to cancel any course or change the instructor, time and venue of the courses.
(10) Students are advised to wear leotard/sports wears and dancing shoes/soft shoes, or wear prescribed clothes and shoes.
(11) Students must assume personal risk during classes and assess their suitability to participate based on their individual abilities. Please be mindful of personal safety, HKDance is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property losses that occur during activities (Including but not limited to incidents arising from personal misconduct, health issues, or accidents).
(12) Applicants may choose to pay online by PayMe, PayPal, Credit Card (VISA/MASTER) or WeChat Pay/Alipay. Applicant will receive a confirmation email after the payment is made successfully.
(13) NO extra handling fee if the payment by PayMe. The online registration system costs requires a handling fee of 5% of the payment amount use credit card (VISA/MASTER ) through PayPal, or WeChat Pay/Alipay.
