Award winning Tenor, Director and Voice Teacher Robert Macfarlane enjoys a diverse career in repertoire spanning five centuries. He has appeared as a soloist at prestigious venues such as the Sydney Opera House, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Chapelle Royale Versailles in works such as Madama Butterfly, Verdi's Macbeth and Wagner's Ring Cycle. A passionate voice teacher, he has students singing around the world as professionals in their own right, including on Broadway, in European opera houses and concert venues in Asia, Australia and North America.
