“Jazz in the Neighbourhood” Opening Concert: Eugene Pao Comfort Zone… Live!Jazz World (HK) Ltd, Count-in Music Ltd

The concert is a double celebration, it marks the opening of "Jazz In The Neighbourhood" as a new jazz era dawns in Tsuen Wan, it also celebrates the release of "Comfort Zone", Eugene Pao's first studio recording under his own name in over 20 years. The recording is a collection of duo performances between Eugene and some of the finest jazz musicians in HK, including Ted Lo, Scott Dodd, Teriver Cheung and CY Leo.

"It is my musical dialogue with some old friends and new, we speak so easily and freely through music, creating a common comfort zone, not just for the performers, but also for the listeners". Eugene says.

"Eugene Pao Comfort Zone...Live!” will feature all music from the album, and so much more.

This concert is one of the programmes of “Jazz in the Neighbourhood”, co-presented by Jazz World (HK) Ltd. and Count-in Music Ltd., Venue Partners of Tsuen Wan Town Hall, with the aim of promoting jazz music through a series of performances and education programmes.
