Riyoko Takagi, acclaimed by Japanese fans as "the sexiest jazz pianist" will bring her newly formed jazz quartet to our stage! Not only is she a captivating performer on stage and in bars, but she also runs her own YouTube channel, where she often transforms into anime characters and jazzes up popular anime theme songs, offering a refreshing take!

Riyoko Takagi began learning piano at the age of 4 and shifted to jazz at 17, joining the Inner City Jam Orchestra. Inspired by masters like Bill Evans and Keith Jarrett, Her unique live performance style incorporates impromptu improvisations based on random sounds. To date, she has released 17 albums, and recently, she is teaming up with saxophonist Patrick Bartley Jr, bassist Ji Peng, and drummer Masahiko Osaka to produce a new album titled "One Another Day" with performance in Hong Kong.

Sharing the stage with her, Patrick Bartley Jr is a young jazz musician who has gained significant attention in recent years and was nominated for a Grammy award. He is well-known for his outstanding performances on the YouTube show "Live from Emmet’s Place" which has garnered millions of views. He also founded the J-MUSIC Ensemble, a band dedicated to examining the world of modern Japanese music through the lens of jazz. This time, he will perform alongside Riyoko Takagi, a concert you absolutely cannot miss!
