Festive Korea 2025: Jongmyo Jeryeak, Ritual Music for Royal Ancestors - Stage TourKorean Cultural Center in Hong Kong

The National Gugak Center of Korea will debut in Hong Kong with the 'Jongmyo Jeryeak, Ritual Music for Royal Ancestors' during the Festive Korea. This 500-year-old ritual is originated from the Joseon Dynasty, and is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Before the first performance begin, the Artistic Director Mr. Lee Geon Hoe of the Court Orchestra from National Gugak Center will be hosting a Talk and stage tour to let audience understand more about the details and history of the performance. During the stage tour, audience will also get the chance to look into the intruments and stage design closely to further feel the magnificence of this cultural marvel.
