Inaugurated in 2025, the Victoria Harbour Philharmonic Orchestra ( VHPO ) is a passionate ensemble of amateur musicians united by a love for classical music and a commitment to artistic excellence. We are dedicated to enriching Hong Kong's cultural landscape through regular rehearsals, inspiring performances, and the promotion of musical arts and education.
