Vicki Wu

Vicki Wu recently graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts under the mentorship of renowned soprano Nancy Yuen. Wu was previously trained at the Mozarteum International Summer Academy and Savonlinna Music Academy with Helen Donath and Helene Schneiderman.

With her notable skill of singing and acting, Wu has been engaged in numberous opera productions during her studies, including Ninetta in La Finta Semplice, Adina in L’elisir d’Amore, Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro, Frasquita and Mercédès in Carmen. In 2021 and 2022 Academy opera productions, Wu was Electra in Idomeneo and the title role, Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana.

Last year, Wu was invited to perform the same role at the Hanoi Opera House. As a concert soloist, Wu has performed Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy under the baton of Sharon Choa and Variation on Mayila with Academy Chinese Orchestra of HKAPA.
