"Hong Kong RH Philharmonic" was established in 2025 by "RH Music Gallery" as one of the projects of the newly formed non-profit organization "RH People Limited" in 2022. In the same year, it became the first artistic unit under the Hong Kong Arts Development Council focused on instrumental and ensemble development, and was selected as an artistic tenant for the "Tai Po Arts Centre" with funding support, a status it maintains to this day. The goal of "Hong Kong RH Philharmonic" is to connect local young professional musicians and to promote the development of classical music both locally and internationally, while also establishing a professional development platform for young musicians.

The inaugural concert is organized by Y Mission and co-organized by RH Music Gallery, featuring renowned overseas conductors and soloists performing together. This performance celebrates not only the launch of the first community professional orchestra in the Tai Po area but also the 28th anniversary of the return of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to the motherland.
