Hong Kong Pan Orchestra

Hong Kong Pan Orchestra is a newly formed orchestra which aims to provide a music creation platform for young people in the city. Our members are music enthusiasts who are/were orchestral members in their respective secondary and tertiary institutions and have been actively involved in local musical events since they were small. To our members, music not only nurtures their personal accomplishment and musical skills, but also develops in them the positive attitude to strive for excellence in other aspects in life. Apart from providing performance opportunities to both young musicians and quasi-musicians, Hong Kong Pan Orchestra also aims to nurture upstart local conductors and composers. The ultimate vision and mission of the Orchestra is to promote music diversification to all levels of our society and to share the joy within.

We strongly believe that music is a substantial part of everyone’s life as well as an integral part of our city. Even busy metropolitans, like you and I, deserve to reward ourselves by sneaking in 3 hours or so immersing our minds in the joy of music!
