Addison Yip

Addison Yip, an experienced trumpeter from Hong Kong, began his musical journey with classical trumpet and later moved into jazz. He graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (2018–2022) and is currently studying at Codarts Rotterdam.

Over the years, Addison has performed in multiple genres, including classical, jazz, and pop, and has taken part in events such as the Freespace Jazz Fest (2022, 2023), HKT x WESTK Popfest (2023), North Sea Jazz Festival (2025) etc.

Addison has performed with a variety of artists, both local and international, across jazz and pop. Since 2024, he has served as the Solo Trumpet of Big Band Blast! in the Netherlands.
