"Joy of Healing Heart" Sound Healing Experience【HKIDAF 2023】Kairos Arts Development Company Limited

Sound and frequencies have a powerful therapeutic capacity that have long been discovered in different cultures. Healing using audio frequency has become very popular in recent years all over the world, especially in busy cities with a high population density, and Hong Kong is certainly no exception.

During this 90-minute journey, "Joy of Healing Heart" participants are led into a relaxed state of "self-healing" through simple breathing, self-awareness exercises, and various tribal musical instruments.

We strongly believe that "self-healing" is an ability that everyone has, but we forget this ability in our busy daily life. We hope this experience can lead everyone to enter a state of harmony and find their own freedom and positive mind.
