Eaton HK presents the fourth iteration of UNHEARD Sound and Music Festival, a wide-ranging festival hosted in partnership with Contemporary Musiking HK (CMHK) and dtby that navigates the role of sound and music through a series of live performances by local and regional acts, engaging talks, accessible and educational workshops, historical screenings, and pop up installations throughout the property.
The festival celebrates the spectacular stimulus of sound while navigating ways we shape our sonic environment and how our sonic environment shapes us, culturally and socially. We aim to unite and build on the diverse communities that the partnering organizations have cultivated by providing an opportunity to connect through sound whilst interrogating the bigger questions around the dynamic force that sound and music are in shaping behaviors, cultural practices and spatial realities.
