Unemployed actors Candy and Jackie are desperate! They're going to be evicted from their apartment for defaulting on their mortgage payments. Jackie has a minor car collision with a minibus and is summoned to court for careless driving. She represents herself, Candy is called as her witness but her testimony doesn't go well, she's branded unreliable and Jackie is found guilty! What lengths will they go to in the pursuit of justice and acting work? Will Candy always be Jackie's unreliable witness?
