Amicis Sinfonia Pre-Tour Concert

Before embarking on their summer tour to Vienna and Prague, the Amicis Sinfonia joins forces with the Millennium Academy Orchestra for a full preview of their international programme at Sheung Wan Civic Centre.

The first half, conducted by Dr. Jennifer Ho, features the New Century College Orchestra performing "Below the Lion Rock," Beethoven's Fifth Symphony Finale, selections from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, The Sound of Music, and Amy Beach's Bal Masqué. The second half, led by Mr. Kelvin Wan, presents the Muses Symphony Orchestra in Li Huanzhi's "Love Song" from Spring Festival Overture and Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 3 "Scottish" in full.

Join us for an evening of orchestral music as Hong Kong's young musicians prepare to represent the city on the world stage.

Each ticket admits one person only.
Children under 3 years old will not be admitted.
No smoking or eating/drinking inside the venue.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are not allowed in the venue without permission.
Latecomers will only be admitted at an appropriate time.
Please allow sufficient time to arrive at the performing arts venue in advance when purchasing tickets.
