Overview

“Elementary Workshops” is designed for seniors in the Sha Tin District. It is a continuous workshop held twice a week, with each class consisting of 6 sessions. Throughout the workshops, participants will enhance their bodily awareness, concentration, and control through creative practices based on different themes. The artists will guide participants in experiencing creative dance using different teaching materials.

After participating in this year's "Elementary Workshops", attendees will be able to register for the "Rehearsal Workshop".

Target participant:
• Suitable for individuals aged 55 or above
• Priority will be given to individuals aged 55 and above from the Sha Tin District
• No dance experience required

Remarks:
• Each session runs for about 2 hours
• There are 2 classes, each class consists of total 6 sessions
• Limited capacity on first come, first served basis
