Overview
The Ballet Nacional de España (BNE), Spain's foremost dance company, is dedicated to preserving and promoting the country's rich choreographic heritage that spans a wide range of styles including academic dance, stylised dance, bolera and flamenco.
This flamenco masterclass will be led personally by the BNE's Artistic Director Rubén Olmo, who will offer participants an opportunity to experience the authentic artistry and expressive spirit of flamenco as it is performed in Spain.
- Dancers are expected to have a foundation in flamenco, as the instructor will tailor the class’s contents according to the group's skill level. They are required to bring their own flamenco shoes. Black clothing is preferred.
