Hong Kong Dance Company-“The Last Dance” Programme Cancellation and Ticket Refund Arrangements
In response to the development of the COVID-19, all LCSD performance venues will be closed in order to maintain social distancing and prevent the spread of virus in the community. As a result, The Last Dance, originally scheduled to be staged by the Hong Kong Dance Company at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Studio Theatre from 14 to 16 August 2020 will be cancelled. Please submit your refund application by any of the following ways on or before 30 September 2020 (late application will not be processed).
1) By Mail
1. Download and complete the Ticket Refund Form: https://bit.ly/3k7AXsX
2. Together with the intact original ticket(s) or ▲the print of online purchase record (for those whohas not taken the original tickets from box office).
3. Mail to “Marketing and Programme Department, Hong Kong Dance Company, 8/F Sheung Wan Municipal Services Building, 345 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong”. Please indicate “The Last Dance Ticket Refund” on the front of the envelope (the stamped date will be taken as the date of application).
2) By email
1. Download and complete the Ticket Refund Form: https://bit.ly/3k7AXsX
2. Together with the softcopy of ticket(s) (both front and backsides) or ▲the softcopy of online purchase record (for those whohas not taken the original tickets from box office).
3. email to hkdance@hkdance.com. Please indicate “The Last Dance Ticket Refund” in email subject.
3) Online Application
1. Complete the online form: https://forms.gle/ExmmJtPbbmBVmuLt7 (need to login your Google account)
2. Submit the softcopy of ticket(s) (both front and backsides) or ▲the softcopy of online purchase record (for those whohas not taken the original tickets from box office).
Hong Kong Dance Company will confirm your refund request within seven working days after receiving the completed application. The refund will be made on or before 30 November 2020. Should you have any enquiries, please contact Hong Kong Dance Company via email at hkdance@hkdance.com, or make a call at 3103 1809 during office hours 10:00am-1:30pm and 2:30pm-6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Terms & Conditions:
- The above ticket refund service is only applicable for ticket(s) of The Last Dance presented by Hong Kong Dance Company.
- The refund request may not be fulfilled if any details on the ticket have been deleted or altered, or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
- Please take photos or retain photocopies of the completed application form and the original ticket(s) (both front and backsides) for record and future reference. Should any original documents be lost in the process and there is no photo or photocopy for verification, refund may not be successfully processed.
- ▲The softcopy of online purchase record should clearly indicate the email address, buying ID, programme title, no of tickets and total ticket value, otherwise refund may not be processed.
- Repeated application will not be processed.
- Your personal information will be kept confidential and only used for this refund or donation purpose.
- Hong Kong Dance Company reserves all rights of final arbitration in case of any dispute.

Hong Kong Dance Company invites renowned choreographer Mui Cheuk Yin to re-interpret preeminent Taiwanese writer Pai Hsien-yung’s short story The Last Night of Madam Chin from his Taipei People series. One’s life lessons are witnessed in one’s fate—is this salvation, or is this destiny?
