Q: I did not receive a confirmation email after successful ticket purchase / accidentally deleted the confirmation email, what should I do?

A: If you cannot find the confirmation email in your email box, you may:
1. Check SPAM folder
2. Search “ticket@art-mate.net” in the mailbox, which is the ticket sending email address.
To ensure a successful delivery of eTicket ticket, we recommend adding “ticket@art-mate.net” to your mail box contacts.
If you are using Gmail, please drag the art-mate confirmation email into your primary inbox to prevent Gmail from mistakenly marking the eTickets as spam.
If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please email us ( info@art-mate.net ) and provide the following information for our further process.
Please provide the information you entered when purchasing the ticket:
1. Name
2. Email address
3. Mobile phone number
4. Payment method ( please attach any transaction records if available )
